| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zanalyzovat logistické procesy v distribuci zkoumané firmy na konkrétních výrobcích a následně určit náklady na ně, které se porovnají s prodejní cenou daného výrobku. Analýza jednotlivých logistických procesů byla prováděna na základě rozhovorů s kompetentními pracovníky, pozorování na konkrétních pracovištích a snímkování některých činností. Provedenou analýzou bylo zjištěno, že u některých zákazníků mají logistické náklady v distribuci zkoumané firmy až 7% podíl na prodejní ceně, proto by se firma měla některými z nich začít blíže zabývat, a to především náklady na skladování a náklady na dopravu, a pokusit se o jejich snížení, pokud je to reálné. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze logistics processes in the distribution of the surveyed firm on specific products and then determine the cost to them, which are compared with the selling price of the product. Analysis of the individual logistics processes was carried out on the basis of interviews with competent staff, observing at specific workplaces and photographing some of the activities. By performed analysis, it was found that logistics costs in the distribution are in some customers of surveyed firms at 7% of the selling price, so the company should some of them begin to take a closer look, especially the cost of storage and transport costs, and try to their reduction if it is real. |
