| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma "Strukturální politika EU a její přínos pro udržitelný rozvoj podnikatelského prostředí" se v první části zaměřuje na vysvětlení strukturálních fondů a strukturální politiky EU do roku 2020. Zaměřuje se hlavně na přínos pro oblast malého a středního podnikání. V další části se zabývá konkrétní firmou a jejími rozvojovými projekty. K identifikaci slabých stránek společnosti slouží SWOT analýza. V poslední části autor popisuje konkrétní rozvojové projekty firmy a konkrétní projekt, navrhnutý pro rozvoj nejslabší stránky společnosti, je řešen pomocí strukturálních fondů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis "Structural policy of EU and its contribution for the sustainable development of the business area" in first part focuses on an explanation of the European structural funds and structural policy of EU by year 2020, mainly on a contribution for the small and medium enterprises. A specific company and its development projects are described subsequently. Weaknesses of the company are identified by consultations with employees. A SWOT analysis is elaborated. In the last part of this thesis the specific development company projects are described. The particular project, proposed for an improvement of the company weakest points, is solved using the structural funds of EU at the end. |
