| Abstract: | Na Katedře informatiky a výpočetní techniky je vyvíjen hardwarový EEG stimulátor. Stimulátor slouží pro měření evokovaných potenciálů (ERP) v neuroinformatice. Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámit se s funkcemi a možnostmi stimulátoru a následně vytvořit grafické uživatelské rozhraní, aby bylo možné stimulátor pohodlně ovládat přes USB rozhraní pomocí počítače. Program je implementován v jazyce Java. Dalším cílem bylo navrhnout vhodný ERP experiment a naměřit data, aby mohla být ověřena funkčnost stimulátoru. Naměřená data jsou analyzována a zpracována pomocí softwaru ERPLAB. Zpracování dat probíhá podle daného schématu. Výstupem jsou grafy, které prokáží přítomnost evokované odpovědi. Když bude evokovaná odpověď přítomná, je stimulátor vhodný pro daný typ experimentu. |
| Abstract in different language: | At the Department of Computer Science and Engineering is being developed an EEG hardware stimulator. The stimulator is used for measurement of evoked potentials (ERP) in neuroinformatics. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the functions and options of the stimulator and to create a graphical user interface for this device in order to operate the stimulator using the USB interface of the PC. Program is implemented in Java. The other objective is to design an appropriate ERP experiment and to record data in order to verify the functionality of the stimulator. Recorded data are analyzed and processed using software called ERPLAB. Data processing is subjected to the predetermined scheme. The outputs of this software are graphs showing the presence of evoked responses. If the evoked response is present, the stimulator is suitable for this type of experiment. |
