Jsou zde porovnány politické a volební systémy, objasněny techniky voleb, popsány prvky přímé demokracie a shrnuty možnosti soudní ochrany v rámci volebního soudnictví ve Švýcarsku a České republice. |

Are compared political and electoral systems, explained techniques elections, described the elements of direct democracy and summarized the possibilities of judicial protection in the context of electoral justice in Switzerland and the Czech Republic. |
