| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je v rovině teoretické, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé vzdělávací systémy obou zemí a poté popis projektů realizovaných v rámci Střední odborné školy Litvínov- Hamr. V závěrečné části je porovnání jednotlivých kompetencí, kterými žák disponuje před stáží a jak se kompetence rozvinuly během stáže. Na základě tohoto porovnání je zřetelný přínos těchto stáží a jejich udržitelnost ve školství. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor degree thesis includes a theoretical part, which part describes the education systems in either country, after which description follows of the projects implemented by the Litvínov- Hamr Vocational High School.The final part consists of comparison of individual competences of the students before foreign study stays and the enhancement of the competences after the foreign stays.This comparison has revealed that benefits of the foreign stays are obvious and are well worth continuation within the education system. |
