| Abstract: | Výzkum plzeňské konzervatoře a jejích studentů v letech 2006 2012 je zaměřen na lokální působiště školy jako instituce a jednotlivých studentů v oblasti vzdělávání a hudebně-kulturního života. Cílem práce bylo zjištění vazeb studentů k regionu jihozápadních Čech a jejich přesahů mezi českými i zahraničními oblastmi. Problematika se týká školy jako uceleného kulturně-vzdělávacího centra, které pro své studenty a širokou veřejnost organizuje nebo zprostředkovává koncerty, interpretační kurzy, odborné přednášky a semináře, tuzemské i zahraniční koncertní zájezdy a jiné kulturní akce. Dále se problematika týká jednotlivých hudebních oddělení, studentů, komorních souborů a orchestrálních těles, které se podílejí na realizaci školních koncertů a kulturních akcí ve spolupráci s různými vzdělávacími a kulturními institucemi. Jednotlivé kapitoly zahrnují poznatky hudebně-kulturní, hudebně-sociologické, hudebně-geografické či hudebně-historické, které se zaměřují na regionální původ, získaná ocenění z tuzemských i zahraničních soutěžních přehlídek a pracovní uplatnění studentů a absolventů v Plzeňském kraji. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Conservatory of Plzeň assumes two crucial tasks in the region of Western Bohemia. First, it provides secondary education and vocational training, which can be attended on the premises or by distance. The faculty is highly skilled both in theory and in practice, forming part of chamber music ensembles. Furthermore, this institution offers a range of interpretation classes, intended not only for students but also for external music lovers. Second, the Conservatory of Plzeň is an institution of cultural activities. That means it organizes concerts of its own students as well as of known musicians of the region. Thanks to its large network of regional, national and international contacts, the Conservatory of Plzeň can host a myriad of cultural events. The aim of this thesis consists of relating the activities of the Conservatory of Plzeň to its influence on the region. The approach covers successful competitions of students of the Conservatory of Plzeň, job opportunities of the students and alumni in the region of Western Bohemia as well as an analysis of cultural events and concerts of the Conservatory of Plzeň in the region. The thesis reveals that the influence of the Conservatory of Plzeň on the region is indeed enormous. Furthermore, it becomes clear that the institution is not known in the region alone but in the whole Czech Republic and across borders. |
