| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním sociálního klimatu firmy jako faktoru podmiňujícího výkonnost firmy. V práci je nejprve vybraný podnik charakterizován a formulován jeho strategický záměr včetně rozboru podnikatelského prostředí a strategické analýzy. Poté následuje teoretické vymezení pojmu sociální klima. Důležitou část této práce tvoří průzkum sociálního klimatu v podniku, který je proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výstupy průzkumu poukazují na silné a slabé stránky sociálního klimatu. Po vyhodnocení průzkumu jsou určeny stimulační faktory sociálního klimatu. Závěrečná kapitola je zaměřena na návrh projektu, který přispívá ke zlepšení sociálního klimatu podniku tak, aby bylo podpořeno naplnění stanovených cílů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis deals with the social climate within the company as a factor determining its performance. First chapters deal with the company introduction and characteristics of its strategic plan including business environment analysis and strategic analysis. This is followed by theoretical definition of social climate. The important part of this thesis is the survey of the social climate in the chosen company, which is carried out through created questionnaire. The survey results indicate strengths and weaknesses of the social climate. After the survey evaluation, stimulating factors of the social climate are determined. Final chapter focuses on the project proposal, which contributes to improving the company´s social climate in order to support the achievement of the set goals. |
