| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o analýze a následné optimalizaci podnikových procesů na základě užití teoretického aparátu metody Value-Stream-Mapping. Jako celek se práce skládá ze šesti kapitol, kdy čtenáře nejdříve zasvětíme do problematiky procesního řízení, štíhlých přístupů ke zlepšování a o úzkém propojení obou těchto aspektů se strategickým řízením, abychom následně nabyté informace využili v kontextu metody Value-Stream-Mapping k popisu a následné analýze hodnotového toku vybrané společnosti s cílem odhalit chybové stavy současného systému. Na základě metody "Pěti proč" jsme následně hledali původní příčiny těchto chyb a pokoušeli jsme navrhnout odpovídající řešení těchto příčin s přihlédnutím k technickým a ekonomickým aspektům podniku. V samém závěru této práce jsme uvedli návrh akčního plánu pro implementaci identifikovaných zlepšení a zasadili je do časového rámce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with an analysis and following optimization of business processes based on using of theoretical background of The Value-Stream-Mapping method. As a whole is this thesis divided into six chapters, therefore we want to apprise the reader at first with issues of process management, lean attitudes in process improvement and emphasize the fact about a close connection of those two aspects with a strategic management. In a context of those obtained information we have used the Value-Stream-Mapping to description and analysis of chosen a value chain with regards on reveal of all current systems malfunctions. Thereafter, we tried to identify the original causes of detected malfunctions and then we attempted to propose appropriate improvements to all identified causes with regards on technical and economic aspects of a chosen company. At the end of this thesis we proposed a time framed action plan of improvement implementation. |
