| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá e-learningem. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy z oblasti e-learningu, jeho využití i v jiných formách vzdělávání, historie e-learningu a jeho výhody a nevýhody. Je charakterizováno vzdělávání úředníků podle zákona. V praktické části je popsáno anketní šetření, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zjištění stavu využití e-learningu na úřadech samosprávních celků v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with e-learning. In the theoretical part explaining the basic concepts of e-learning and its use in other forms of education, the history of e-learning and its advantages and disadvantages. In this work I describe Education officials under the law. The practical part describes the questionnaire survey, whose main objective was to determine the status of e-learning offices local government units in the Czech Republic. |
