| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou těhotenství a porodu u neslyšících žen. Její teoretická část představuje svět neslyšících, popisuje vzájemnou komunikaci se slyšícími lidmi, pojednává o péči během těhotenství a možných službách pro těhotné, do nichž řadíme předporodní přípravu, ale také různé organizace pro neslyšící. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje porodu u neslyšících, odlišnostem, které se při porodu vyskytují, a efektivním způsobům dorozumívání. Poznatky sepsané v teoretické části pochází z dostupné literatury a z internetových zdrojů. Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce jsou rozhovory se třemi neslyšícími ženami, shrnující jejich zkušenosti z období těhotenství a porodu: potíže, které se během těhotenství i porodu u těchto žen vyskytovaly, jejich názory na péči, podporu porodními asistentkami a také poskytované služby pro neslyšící. Následující část práce je věnována analýze získaných dat a jejich interpretaci, doplněné o diskuzi a doporučením pro praxi. Samotný závěr práce pak shrnuje poznatky, získané v průběhu šetření, přičemž důraz je kladen na správné jednání a péči porodních asistentek, které především mohou neslyšícím ženám v mnohém pomoci. Pro potřeby praxe byla navržena a vytvořena brožura pro neslyšící ženy propuštěné z porodnice do domácího prostředí. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of pregnancy and childbirth of deaf women. Its theoretical part introduces the world of the deaf, describes communication with hearing people, discusses treatment during pregnancy, and possible services for pregnant women which includes prenatal preparation but also various deaf people oriented organizations. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on childbirths of deaf women, differences present during childbirths, and efficient ways of communication. The findings stated in the theoretical part have been collected from available literature and internet sources. The practical part of the bachelor thesis includes interviews with three deaf women summarizing their experience from pregnancy and childbirth: difficulties these women encountered during pregnancy and childbirth, their opinions of the care, support from the midwives and also the services provided for the deaf. The following section of the thesis is dedicated to an analysis of the collected data and interpretation thereof complemented with a discussion and practical recommendations. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the findings acquired in the course of research, whereas the emphasis is placed on the correct behaviour and care provided by midwives who in particular may help in many ways to deaf women. In terms of practical application, a draft brochure has been prepared for deaf women released from maternity hospitals. |
