| Abstract in different language: | This text, as an introduction to the projected dissertation, deals with the issue of the social justice concept that is providing an argumentation for reaching the socially just society. With the regard to social justice, the socio-political reality as neoliberal governmentality is analyzed, and it’s pointed out that contemporary Western regimes aren’t delivering the basic principle of socially just society as they are making difference between homo oeconomicus and homo sacer, which are then treated as minor citizens withstanding application of various represive apparatuses. At the end, the concrete research design for analyzing the case of the Czech Republic is offered. |
