| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení daňového efektu legislativních úprav zavedených v roce 2012 ve vazbě k nelegálnímu zaměstnávání. Kromě teoretického vymezení pojmů k dané problematice práce shrnuje implementované zákonné úpravy zákoníku práce a zákona o zaměstnanosti. Odezvu daňových subjektů na změny mapují v další části práce vybraná zjištění kontrolních orgánů. Stěžejní informace pro zhodnocení dopadů přináší kapitola o efektivitě změn z pohledu inkasa důchodových daní. Závěr práce obsahuje vedle shrnutí poznatků i očekávaný vývoj. Pro posuzování problematiky bylo kromě oficiálně dostupných veřejných zdrojů čerpáno i z vlastních praktických zkušeností. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the effect of taxation due to legislation changes introduced in 2012 in relation to illegal employment in the Czech Republic. Apart from the theoretical specification of relevant terminology, the work summarizes the implemented legislation changes of the Labour Code and Employment Law. The response of taxable units to the changes is then described in the findings of supervisory organs. Information which is essential for the evaluation of the effects is highlighted in the chapter dealing with the efficiency of the changes in relation to the tax recovery of pension contributions. Conclusion includes both the summary of the findings and an outline of predicted development. The work draws on information obtained from available official records as well as the author´s practical experience. |
