| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit výkonnost podniku různými metodami měření výkonnosti a následně navrhnout případné způsoby na její zlepšení. Metody měření výkonnosti jsou v teoretické části rozděleny na tradiční a moderní metody. Následně je provedena analýza podniku TS a.s. města Frýdek-Místek, jehož primární činností je péče o dané město. Zhodnocení situace podniku je prováděno v období od roku 2010 do roku 2013. Z tradičních metod jsou aplikovány především poměrové ukazatele a z moderních metod je aplikovaná metoda EVA upravená podle metodiky Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu. Na základně analýzy jsou navržena opatření, které mohou vést ke zlepšení výkonnosti daného podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the company´s aggregate output using various performance gauging methods and suggest the appropriate ways to improve it. The particular performance gauging methods have been divided into traditional and modern ones in the theoretical part of the thesis. Subsequently, an in-depth analysis of the TS company a.s. of the city of Frýdek-Místek has been carried out, of which the essential business is to take care of the city. The company assessment was carried out between 2010 and 2013. Ratios are the most frequented traditional methods, on the other hand, EVA, modified according to the Ministry of Industry and Business is the most applied modern method. On the basis of the analysis, there have been suggested effective measures which may possibly head to the output increase of the particular company. |
