| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem předkládané diplomové práce je na základě teoretických východisek a metodologie zpracovat relevantní finanční plán společnosti ČD Cargo, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dva hlavní bloky, teoretický a praktický. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům a metodice zpracování finančního plánu. Jednotlivé kapitoly se koncentrují na vysvětlení metod, kritérií a nástrojů v oblasti finančního plánování a prognózování a způsobů jejich vyuţití v oblasti řízení podniku. Druhá část práce je věnována aplikaci teoretických poznatků na zvoleném subjektu. Po představení profilu podniku ČD Cargo, a.s. následovala strategická analýza prostředí a predikce jeho vývoje. Na základě poznatků byly zvoleny relevantní cíle, které byly integrovány do plánovacího procesu. Výstupem praktické části je zpracovaný konzistentní finanční plán, který akceptuje externí i interní vlivy působící na podnik. Závěrečná část je věnována evaluaci efektivity finančního plánování v návaznosti na splnění vytyčených cílů a následné návrhy na zlepšení do budoucna. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main purpose of the constructed diploma thesis is to elaborate, according to theoretic base and metodology on the relevant financial plan of the company CD Cargo, a.s. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. I devote the first part to the theoretical knowledge and methods of elaboration of the finacial plan. In individual chapters I concentrate on explaning the methods, conditions and instruments that form the parts of financial planning and forecasting and their application in the business management. I dedicate the second chapter to aplication of theoretical knowledge upon selected business subject. After the presentation of CD Cargo company profile, I follow with the strategic enviromental analysis, and prediction of its evolution. According to my observations I integrate the relevant main points into the planning process. The outcome of the practical part is a processed consistent financial plan that accepts both external and internal factors affecting the company. In the final section I proceed to evaluate the effectiveness of a financial planning in relation to fulfill the objectives of the company and integrate any suggestions for potential improvements in the future. | en |
