| Abstract: | Práce se zabýváanalýzou image firmy CrossCafeoriginal s. r. o. a návrhem opatření pro její zlepšení. Teoretická část popisuje rozdíl mezi firemní image a firemní identitou a dále popisuje jednotlivé metody pro analýzu image. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány do praxe a za pomoci dotazníkového průzkumua analýzy prvků firemní identity je vyhodnocen současný stav mínění zákazníků o firmě. Na základě těchto informací jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu image firmy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented project is focused on the research of the CrossCafe original s.r.o. company image and on suggested measures for improvement. The theoretical part describes the difference between corporate image and corporate identity as well as the best methods for image analysis. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part to evaluate the current state of company's reputation from the customer's viewpoint with the help of a questionnaire survey and by analysing the company's identity. The proposals for improving the current state of the company's image are designed on the basis of this information. |
