| Abstract: | Práce hodnotí efektivnost obchodního plánu společnosti Maddalena CZ s. r. o. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty náležitosti podnikatelského plánu a obchodního plánu. Je definována také SWOT analýza. Druhá část stanovuje tržní diagnózu, tržní prognózu, plánování cílů, marketingový mix, sestavení rozpočtu firmy. Na základě této analýzy je zhodnocen obchodní plán a jsou definována slabá místa podniku s využitím SWOT analýzy. Součástí práce jsou návrhy na zefektivnění obchodního plánu, které vycházejí z předchozích analýz. Ty by měly vést ke zvýšení tržeb v oblasti poskytování služeb a snížit náklady firmy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the business plan effectiveness of the selected company Maddalena CZ s. r. o. A general overview of business plan and its key elements including SWOT analysis is in the introduction. The practical part includes market diagnosis, market outlook, planning goals, marketing mix, budgeting, SWOT and financial analysis of the company based on the findings of preceding analysis. A list of on strealing the business plan was prepared, (based on the current business plan, evaluation, SWOT and financial analysis. Those proposals should increas sales in the service provision and reduce cosi of the company. |
