| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení rizik projektů. Práce je uvedena teoretickými východisky, na jejichž základě je vystavena praktická část práce. Pro praktickou část poskytla autorovi práce interní informace a data společnost Raiffeisenbank a.s. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza, identifikace a řízení rizik vybraného projektu implementace CRM systému Siebel, který daná společnost realizovala mezi lety 2011 2014. Impulsem k podrobnému zkoumání rizik zavádění systému Siebel byla nedostatečná identifikace a analýza rizik v tomto projektu. Po teoretické části následuje praktická část, jejímiž subkapitolami jsou představení vybrané společnosti se zaměřením na řízení projektů v tomto podniku a především detailní rozbor veškerých charakteristik projektu. V předposlední kapitole autor identifikuje na základě podrobného poznání a pochopení tohoto CRM systému jeho rizika. Poslední kapitola přináší doporučené způsoby reakce na významná rizika. Vzhledem k tomu, že projekt je v době dokončení této práce (2015) již uzavřen, je doporučeno společnosti Raiffeisenbank a.s. tuto práci použít jako podkladový materiál pro řízení rizik dalších projektů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the project risk management. First, the work introduces the theory which is subsequently implemented in the real business environment. The internal information and figures were provided by the company Raiffeisenbank a.s. The main goal is the analysis, identification and management of risks concerning the project "The implementation of the CRM system Siebel". This project was in progress between the years 2011 2014. The decision to choose this topic resulted from non-sufficient risk management of this project. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part which consists of the introduction of the company and its project management. This part also analyses the key characteristics of this project. Based on the detailed knowledge and understanding of the Siebel system, the next chapter identifies its risks and the last chapter suggests the solutions how to handle the significant risks. The project finished before the completion of this thesis (2015) and therefore it is recommended to apply this work on the future projects to identify and avoid possible risks. |
