| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma "Analýza metody kaizen ve firmě" analyzuje teoretickou část metody kaizen, podrobněji zkoumá muda (plýtvání), systém JIT a kanban. Vysvětleny jsou také pojmy Total quality control, lean production nebo kaizen workshop. V praktické části potom zkoumá, jakým způsobem firma kaizen a jeho systémy uplatňuje. Co k tomu využívá, jaké praktické výsledky kaizen firmě přináší. Ke zhodnocení reálného uplatňování kaizen byly potřeba informace poskytnuté firmou, včetně konzultace se zástupci firmy. Dále potom odborné publikace a vlastní poznatky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis called "Benefit analysis method of kaizen in a company" deals with muda (wasting), JIT system and kanban. There are described concepts of Total quality control, lean production or kaizen workshop. There are investigates about how the company uses kaizen and its systems in practice. What the company needs for using it and what are the results of using kaizen. In order to evaluate concrete methods and the procedures of the method, I need the information from the company and its representatives. Also the professional books and own findings. |
