| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti společnosti AVE sběrné suroviny, a. s. působící v odvětví odpadního hospodářství. Analýza makroprostředí je provedena pomocí PEST analýzy. V analýze mezoprostředí byl použit Porterův model pěti sil. Analýza mikroprostředí se skládá z finanční analýzy, benchmarkingu a následné SWOT analýzy. V závěru práce je provedena predikce vývoje oboru činnosti podniku a poté jsou podány návrhy na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the competitiveness of the company AVE sběrné suroviny, a. s. operating in the waste management. The PEST analysis is used for analyzing the macro environment. The Porter's model of five competitive forces is used for analyzing the mezo environment. The analysis of the micro environment is consist of the financial analysis, the benchmarking and the SWOT analysis. At the end, the prediction of development company's activity is made and suggestions for improve the company competitiveness are put forward. |
