| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza nákladů ve společnosti SVS, s.r.o. a následné stanovení možných opatření vedoucích k optimalizaci firemních nákladů. V práci jsou definovány základní informace o podniku. Jednotlivé kapitoly se zabývají členěním nákladů dle jednotlivých kritérií, jejich vyčíslením a následným srovnáním v určitých letech. Náklady byly analyzovány pomocí kalkulace a byla navržena kalkulace nové ceny výrobku. Práce se také zabývala vznikem, dopadem a ovlivnitelností nákladů a následnou optimalizací a navržením konkrétních opatření na snížení nákladů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The objective of this bachelor´s work is the cost analysis at the SVS Company s.r.o. and a subsequent determination of feasible measures leading to an operating costs optimization in the firm. The work includes definitions of all essential information about the Company. The individual chapters deal with the segment of the costs according to the individual criteria, their evaluation and a consequent comparison in particular years. The costs were analysed and calculated and subsequently a new price of the product was proposed. The work also dealt with the origin, impact and susceptivity of these costs and their consequent optimization with a proposal of specific measures for lowering the expenses. |
