| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu vzdělávacích procesů v podniku. Cílem této práce je analyzovat vzdělávací systém a navrhnout opatření ke zkvalitnění tohoto systému. Práce je rozdělena na dvě dílčí části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Na základě studia odborné literatury jsou v teoretické části vymezeny základní charakteristiky podnikového vzdělávání, tedy cíl vzdělávání, metody vzdělávání a způsob hodnocení. V druhé části jsou využity poznatky z teoretické části, které jsou následně aplikovány na daný podnik. Praktická část popisuje vzdělávací procesy ve společnosti Eurest, spol. s r.o. Analýza vzdělávacích procesů ve společnosti Eurest, spol. s r.o. je prováděna na základě dotazníkového šetření a poskytnutých rozhovorů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted thesis is focused on the analysis of the educational processes in a company. The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the educational system and to suggest measures to improve this system. The thesis is divided into two general parts, theoretical and practical part. There are basic characteristics of the company education defined in the theoretical part, which are based on the professional literature - goal of the education, methods of the education and the evaluation method. In the second part of the thesis there are used information from the theoretical part, which are then applied on the company. The practical part of the thesis describes educational processes in the company Eurest, spol. s r.o. The Analysis of the educational processes in the company Eurest, spol. s r.o. is based on questionnaires and given interviews. |
