| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Řízení zásob ve výrobním procesu" pojednává o řízení zásob ve společnosti GRAMMER CZ, s.r.o. V úvodní části práce je charakterizována tato společnost včetně zhodnocení její ekonomické situace. Následující kapitoly se věnují problematice zásob a vymezení metod k jejich řízení. Firma využívá metody Kanban, Lean Production, Kaizen a 5S. Je popsáno jejich využití včetně konkrétních příkladů v podniku. Součástí bakalářské práce je analýza skladu prostřednictvím metody ABC a optimalizační výpočty pro nejhodnotnější skladovou položku. Teoretická a praktická část se prolínají. Čtenáři je poskytnuto okamžité srovnání literárního vysvětlení s praktickým využitím v podniku. V závěru práce jsou navržena zlepšující opatření zjištěných problémových oblastí. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis "Management of supplies in a manufacturing process" is about managing the supplies in company GRAMMER CZ, s.r.o. In the first part of this thesis there is a description of the company including the valuation of its economical situation. Some problems in management of the supplies and methods of controlling are involved in next parts of this thesis. The company uses methods such as Kanban, Lean Production, Kaizen and 5S. Using of these methods is described there including some real examples from the company. Analysis of the stock with the use of ABC method takes part in this thesis too. There are optimization calculations for the most valuable part of the stock. The theoretical and practical parts are connected to each other. Readers can compare the written explanation from books and practical using in a company immediately. Some solutions are suggested at the end of this thesis which lead to improve the problematic parts of this issue. |
