Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce nastiňuje problematiku provozu polovodičových součástek v ionizujícím záření, respektive v neutronovém poli. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis outlines the way semiconductors work under nuclear radiation, or more precisely in the neutron field. Next part of the thesis describes the lithium station of Nuclear Physics Institute of ASCR, the safety issues during its operation, possible solution of non-standard situations and attributes of given experiment. In the final part the thesis offers an alternative operating system for controlling the shade. |
