| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo charakterizovat logiku, jakou Vietnamci žijící na území České republiky klasifikují potraviny ve svých obchodech. K tomu to účelu jsem použila výzkumné techniky jako pile sort (třídění na hromádky) a polo-strukturované rozhovory. Získaná data jsem analyzovala v programu ANTHROPAC a pomocí kvalitativních metod. Výsledky jsem se posléze pokusila interpretovat. Výzkum jsem realizovala v okolí měst Plzeň a Klatovy. Tato práce přinesla výsledky získané v sedmi vietnamských obchodech s potravinami a pracovala s pěti polo-strukturovanými rozhovory s Vietnamci. Snažila jsem se odpovědět na výzkumné otázky, které jsem si položila na začátku své práce: Jakou klasifikační logiku používají při klasifikaci potravin Vietnamci? Jaký je vztah klasifikace potravin a prostoru ve vietnamském obchodu? Vztahuje se klasifikace potravin k ekonomickým aspektům vietnamského obchodu? |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this diploma work was to define the logic that is used to clasify food in the shops of Vietnamese living in the territory of the Czech Republic. For this purpose I used research method of pile sort and half-structured interviews. Obtained data were analyzed in the ANTHROPAC programme and with the help of qualitative methods. Finally, the results were interpreted. The research was carried out nearby and within the city of Pilsen and the town of Klatovy. This work brought out results obtained in seven Vietnamese food shops and out of five half-structured interviews with Vietnamese. I tried to answer the research questions that were stated at the beginning of this work: What clasification logic is used when Vietnames clasify food? What is the relationship between food clasification and space in the Vietnamese shop? Is food clasification related with economic aspects of Vietnamese shop? |
