dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce analyzuje cestování ve středověku se zaměřením na evropský kontinent. Popisuje středověké cestování a jeho hlavní motivy (náboženský, obchodní, politický, vojenský), prostředky dopravy a seznamuje s nejvýznamnějšími středověkými stezkami. Stranou zájmu nezůstává ani přiblížení cestovatelské každodennosti a jejich specifik (nesnáze, které mohly potkat středověkého cestovatele, předpisy, jenž musel dodržovat a poplatky, které musel v některých případech zaplatit apod.). Ke zpracování textu je využita relevantní odborná literatura doplněná vybranými prameny.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis analyzes the travel in the Middle Ages, focusing on the European continent. It describes medieval travelling and its main motives (religion, trade, policy, warfare), means of transport, and introduces the most important medieval routes. Partial interest is given to portrayal of traveler's everydayness and its specifics (difficulties that could befall a medieval traveler, regulations that had to observe and fees, which in some cases had to pay, etc.). Relevant scientific literature and selected sources are used to develop this thesis.en
