| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vytvořit ucelenou metodiku přípravy v tréninku benchpressu. Bakalářská práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na historická východiska a pravidla Českého svazu a silového trojboje v benchpressu. Dále je práce zaměřena na obecné rozvíjení silových schopností a poté na konkrétní tréninkové metody pro rozvoj absolutní síly v benchpressu. Také na výživu a suplementaci v předzávodní přípravě silového sportovce. Další část práce je zaměřená na účast na Mistrovství Čech a Mistrovství České republiky v benchpressu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The objective of my thesis is to develop a comprehensive methodology training workout bench press. This bachelor thesis is in the theoretical part focused on historical points of departure and rules of the Czech union powerlifting in bench press. Another part of work is focused on general developing power abilities and after specific training methods for the development of absolute power in the bench press. Also on nutrition and supplementation pre-race preparation in power athletes. The practical part is focused on succeeding participating in The Championship of Bohemia and Championship of the Czech republic in the bench press. |
