| Abstract: | Práce obsahuje stručné shrnutí vývoje evidence nemovitostí v českých zemích. Dále se věnuje organizaci resortu a některým řízením, které se v tomto resortu vedou. Nakonec je připojen pojednání o řízení podle páté části OSŘ a správním odvolání podle správního řádu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis consists of brief summary of development of real estates records. Further is consisted organization of public administration in the section real estate cadastre and some proccedings which are conducted in the section. At the end is added extract about Proceeding under the fifth part of the Civil Procedure and Appeal under the Administrative Act. |
