| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Poslání neziskového sektoru v současné společnosti" se zabývá nejprve vývojem a posláním neziskového sektoru pro lepší pochopení celé problematiky. V dalších kapitolách je definován neziskový sektor z pohledu současné právní úpravy, jeho členění a základní typologie. Dále jsou popsány některé právní formy těchto organizací, které jsou v České republice nejčastěji využívané, k nimž jsou uvedeny podmínky založení a vzniku, účel a cíle organizace a některé další podrobnosti vyplývající z příslušné právní úpravy. Vzhledem k rekodifikaci soukromého práva dne 1.1.2014 je věnována této okolnosti zvláštní pozornost a je mnohokrát na to poukazováno, v některých úsecích práce je provedeno i srovnání současné právní úpravy s předešlou. Další kapitola se soustředí na postavení neziskového sektoru v současné české společnosti, vymezení partnerských vztahů a jejich znaky, přičemž je v tomto směru důležité i působení právních norem Evropské unie. Závěr práce je věnován způsobům financování neziskového sektoru v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor work "The Role of the Non-Profit Sphere in Modern Society" first deals with the development and the role of the non-profit sphere to enable a better understanding of the issue. Consequent chapters define the non-profit sphere from the point of view of the current legislation, its division and basic typology. It further describes some legal forms of these organizations that appear in the Czech Republic most frequently, including the conditions under which they can be founded, their purpose and aims and some other details connected with the given legislation. On account of the recodification of the Private Law of the 1st January 2014, this detail is given particular attention and it is frequently referred to. Some passages of the work even compare the current and the former legislation. Another chapter is dedicated to the role of the non-profit sphere in modern Czech society, the definition of partnerships and their features and, last but not least, the importance of the legislation of the European Union. The last part of the paper is dedicated to the methods of financing the non-profit sphere in the Czech Republic. |
