Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Postoji a zkušenostmi veřejnosti se Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou Středočeského kraje. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části popisuji přednemocniční péči, zdravotnickou záchrannou službu obecně, posléze její historii a význam, kdy jsem plynule přešla k jejímu financování, zdravotnickému operačnímu středisku a legislativě s ní spojenou. V další kapitole jsem se konktrétně zaměřila na Zdravotnickou záchrannou službu Středočeského kraje a na obor Zdravotnický záchranář. Poslední kapitoly jsem věnovala teoretickému rozboru komunikace, postojů a zkušeností. Praktická část je zaměřena na veřejnost, která někdy volala Zdravotnickou záchrannou službu Středočeského kraje a na veřejnost, které někdy byla volána Zdravotnická záchranná služba Středočeského kraje. Dále jsem zkoumala jednotlivý pohled mužů a žen a zdali, jejich vnímání Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje bude stejné.
Abstract in different language: This bachelor thesis deals with the attitudes and experiences of the public with the Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian region. It is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part there is described a prehospital care, the Emergency Medical Services in general, then its history and significance, smoothly moved to its financing, Heathcare Operations Center and legislation associated with it. In the next chapter I aimed concretely at the Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian Region and the specialization Paramedic. Last chapters are devoted to theoretical analysis of communication, attitudes and experiences. The research part is aimed at the public sometimes calling the Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian Region and at the public sometimes the Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian Region was called to. I also studied the various perspectives of men and women and whether their perception of the Emergency Medical Services of the Central Bohemian Region is identical.
