| Abstract: | Ve své práci se zabývám kontrastními látkami z hlediska historického vývoje od jejich zavedení do klinické praxe aţ po současné vyuţití v radiologii. Kontrastní substance tvoří významnou součást zobrazovacích metod, neboť změnou kontrastu zobrazení zvyšují hodnotu diagnostické výtěţnosti vyšetření. Popisuji tři základní skupiny kontrastních látek; pro vyšetření rentgenovým zářením, magnetickou rezonancí a ultrasonografické vyšetření. Dále představuji vlastnosti a mechanismy působení kontrastních látek, jejich vyuţití v různých zobrazovacích modalitách a způsoby aplikace včetně neţádoucích reakcí na lidský organismus. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my bachelor thesis I deal with contrast agents in terms of historical development since their introduction into a clinical practice to current use in radiology. Contrast substances are an essential part of imaging methods, because thanks change in the contrast imaging , they increase value for the diagnostic yield of examination. I describe three basic groups of contrast agents; for use in X-rays, for magnetic resonance and ultrasonographic examinations. Furthermore, I present the properties and mechanisms of contrast agents, thein use in different imaging modalities and methods of applications, including adverse reactions for the human body. |
