| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o trestných činech páchaných ve spojitosti s terorismem a rasovou nesnášenlivostí, příčinách této trestné činnosti a možném vývoji budoucího stavu z hlediska současné politické, společenské a sociální situace. Dále je v práci popsán postup orgánů činných v trestním řízení při odhalování a objasňování trestné činnosti spojené s terorismem a extremismem. V závěru práce je pak naznačena podoba mezinárodní spolupráce, jež směřuje k potírání trestné činnosti s prvky terorismu a extremismu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This dissertation is about criminal acts, which are connected to terrorism, racial intolerance, reasons of this criminal acting and other possible evolution of future situation from the point of views of contemporary political, community and social situation. Further is in dissertation described process organs active in criminal acts in revealing and clarifying criminal activity connected with terrorism and extremism. In the end of dissertation is indicated image of international cooperation, which is aiming to combat criminal acts with elements of terrorism and extremism. |
