| Abstract: | Práce uceleně představuje problematiku týrání zvířat. Rozebírá postavení zvířete v české právní úpravě, představuje úpravu v zákoně na ochranu zvířat proti týrání, postihy ve správním právu, trestní odpovědnost v trestním zákoníku a seznamuje s judikaturou v této oblasti. V poslední části je pomocí komparativní metody porovnána úprava týrání zvířat se slovenskou a švýcarskou úpravou. Závěr obsahuje návrh možné právní úpravy a shrnutí celé práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This dissertation seamlessly introduces the issue of animal cruelty. It analyzes the position of the animal in the Czech legislation constitutes a modification in the law to protect animals against cruelty penalties in administrative law, criminal liability in the Criminal Code and familiar with the case law in this area. The last part is using the comparative method of treatment compared with animal cruelty Slovak and Swiss finish. Conclusion contains draft legislation and possible summary of the whole work. |
