Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce ilustruje v první části ucelený přehled o problematice sacharidů, nadváze a obezitě, sacharidových vlnách a jejich aplikaci na běžné populaci. V druhé části je popsána realizovaná výživová intervence šesti jedinců, která obsahuje anamnézu, druhy cyklování, výsledky vstupního a výstupního vyšetření a zhodnocení programu. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis illustrates in the first part a comprehensive overview of the issues of carbohydrates, overweight and obesity, carbohydrate waves and their application on the general population. The second part describes implemented nutrition interventions of six individuals, which includes anamnesis, types of cycling, the results of input and output testing and evaluation of the program. |
