| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou multirezistentních bakteriálních kmenů. Bakalářskou práci jsme rozdělili na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se stručně zabýváme antibiotickými preparáty, problematikou antibiotické rezistence a také správnými postupy při používání a zachování jejich účinnosti. Závěrem této části jsou uvedeny vybrané epidemiologicky významné mikroorganismy, kontrolní a preventivní opatření proti jejich šíření ve zdravotnickém zařízení. V praktické části budeme zpracovávat data z dotazníkového šetření pomocí tabulek a grafů. Výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zaměřen na znalosti a informovanost studentů Fakulty zdravotnických studií Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Dále budeme zpracovávat data získané z nemocničního monitorovacího systému Fakultní nemocnice Plzeň s cílem analýzy trendu výskytu multirezistentních bakteriálních kmenů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of multidrug-resistant bacterial strains. This thesis was divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. In theoretical part we discuss the issue of the antibiotic resistance, antibiotic drugs and also their proper procedure of use and maintaining of its efficiency. The last part of the theoretical parts discusses epidemiologically significant microorganisms and their control and prevention against spread in the healthcare facility. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, we will analyse the data from the survey using tables and graphs. The research, held by the survey, is focused on the knowledges and informations of the students of the Faculty of Health Studies at the University of West Bohemia. Next, we will analyse the data obtained from the hospital monitoring system of the Faculty Hospital in Pilsen to analyze the trend of the appearance of multidrug-resistant bacterial strains. |
