| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se zabývám jednou z poruch příjmu potravy - mentální anorexií. Zjišťuji rizika vzniku mentální anorexie u nejohroženější věkové skupiny adolescentů. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části stručně popisuji historii onemocnění a dále se zaměřuji na rizikové faktory, které mohou onemocnění způsobit. Charakterizuji věkovou skupinu adolescentů. V závěru teoretické části seznamuji s možností prevence, poradenství a léčby onemocnění. V praktické části se zabývám zájmy studentů, rodinné zázemí, životní události, stravovací návyky v rodinách i ve škole, genetiku, osobností rysy respondentů. V závěru této části uvádím nejrizikovější faktory, které mohou vyvolat vznik onemocnění mentální anorexie. Svá zjištění pak porovnávám s publikovanými údaji. Domnívám se, že výsledky mého výzkumného šetření lze využít jako informační zdroj pro zájemce o danou problematiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with one of the eating disorders - anorexia nervosa. I examine the risk of developing anorexia nervosa in the most endangered age group of adolescents. The work is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical section briefly describes history of the disease and focuses on risk factors that can cause the illness. I also characterize the age group of adolescents. In the end of the theoretical part I acquaint with possibilities of prevention, counseling and treatment of anorexia nervosa. The practical part is concerned with the interests of students, their family background, life events, eating habits in families and at school, genetics and personality traits of respondents. In the end of this part. I mention the riskiest factors that may give rise to the disease of anorexia nervosa. Subsequently, I compare the findings with published data. I believe, that the results of my research can be used as a source of information for those, interested who are in the issue. |
