Teoretická část práce se zabývá stářím, stárnutím, geriatrickými syndromy, ošetřovatelským procesem, komunikací se seniory a syndromem vyhoření. Praktická část je zpracována formou rozhovorů se dvěma respondenty pracujícími v oboru geriatrie. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, kde se nachází úskalí v ošetřovatelské péči o geriatrické pacienty z pohledu všeobecných sester. |
