| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá využitím moderní elektroterapie s analgetickými účinky ve fyzioterapii. V teoretické části je obecně popsána fyzikální terapie, její historie a blíže pak téma distanční elektroterapie, jíž se týká konkrétní výzkum prováděný pro tuto práci. V návaznosti na téma práce je pak popisována bolest a všechny její aspekty a účinky. V praktické části je popsán postup zkoumání hodnoceného ústupu bolesti, který byl prokázán, avšak ne vzhledem ke stanoveným hypotézám. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with using modern analgetic electrotherapy in physiotherapy. Theoretical part refers about physical therapy in general and its history. One section also informs closely about distance electrohterapy because of the attechment to specific research for this thesis. My thesis focuses more on pain and its aspects and effects due to the subject of electroanalgesia. Practical part describes research on pain decrease after using electroanalgesia. The decrease was shown, but not significant according to our hypotheses. |
