| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce jsou dopady operačního řešení poruch sluchu na kvalitu života pacientů. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je podrobně popsána anatomie a fyziologie ucha, která volně pokračuje ve stručnou charakteristiku jednotlivých poruch sluchu. Další velká kapitola se zabývá otosklerózu, zmiňuje její příčiny, diagnostiku a léčbu. Kapitola Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty s otosklerózou se zaměřuje na specifika v předoperační a pooperační péči. Dále se v teoretické části zabývám kvalitou života, zejména jejími metodami a nástroji k měření. Druhá (praktická) část této práce se zabývá výzkumem kvality života pacientů po prodělání chirurgické léčby otosklerózy. Pro účely této práce byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum pomocí anonymních dotazníků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the thesis is the impact of surgical treatment of hearing disorders on patients quality of life. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part desribes in detailes anatomy and physiology of the ear, and loosely continues in brief characterization of the individual hearing loss. The next chapter deals with otosclerosis, mentions its causes, diagnosis and treatment. Chapter nursing care for patients with otosclerosis focuses on the specifics of the preoperative and postoperative care. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with quality of life, especially with methods and tools for its measurement. The second (practical ) part of this work deals with research of the quality of life of patients after surgical treatment of otosclerosis. For the purpose of this work, a quantitative research using anonymous questionnaires was used. |
