| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma Fyzioterapie u komplikovaných zlomenin bérce řešených osteosyntézou. První, teoretická část vychází ze zdrojů uvedených v seznamu literatury a představuje zlomeniny bérce, jejich diagnostiku, léčení osteosyntézou, komplikace a vlastní fyzioterapeutické postupy. Druhá, praktická část stanovuje hypotézy, z nichž první zkoumá ovlivnění otoku při použití manuální lymfodrenáže s výsledkem významného ovlivnění otoku až o 1,9 centimetru přes patu a nárt. Druhá hypotéza se zabývá využitím plného spektra moderních rehabilitačních metod ve vztahu k výslednému pohybu v kolenním kloubu a třetí pak k celkové době rehabilitační léčby. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že při využití plného spektra rehabilitačních metod je výsledný pohyb v kolenním kloubu téměř shodný jako u redukovaného, ale zkrátí se celková doba rehabilitační léčby o 12 návštěv. Dále je ve vlastním dlouhodobém šetření podrobně představena kazuistika pacientky s komplikovanou zlomeninou proximálního bérce. Práci doplňuje přílohová fotodokumentace a obrazový materiál. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor's thesis examines the topic of Physiotherapy of complicated fractures of tibia and fibula treated with osteosynthesis. The first, theoretical part is based on the sources listed in the bibliography and presents the following topics: fractures of the tibia and fibula, the diagnostics, treatment with osteosynthesis, complications and private physiotherapeutic methods. The second, practical part sets three hypothesis, the first of which examines the influence of swelling whist using manual lymphatic drainage with the result of significant influence of the swelling by 1,9 centimeters through the heel and nart. The second hypothesis deals with the usage of full spectrum modern rehabilitation methods in correlation to the final movement of the knee joint. Finally, the third hypothesis deals with the total time of rehabilitation treatment. Research indicates that after using the full spectrum rehabilitation methods the final movement in the knee joint is almost the same as the reduced spectrum, but the total time of rehabilitation is shortened by 12 visits. Further, following a long-term private investigation a detailed case report of a patient with complicated fractures of the proximal tibia is presented. The thesis is accompanied by attached photo documentation and visual material. |
