| Abstract: | Táto bakalárska práca s názvom: "Ekologické daně jako nástroj environmentální politiky státu sa zaoberá témou ekologického zdanenia. Bakalárska práca pozostáva z dvoch hlavných častí: teoretickej a praktickej časti. Úvodom, teoretická časť definuje vo všeobecnosti dane, rozličné funkcie daní a popisuje základné a doplnkové daňové náležitosti. Druhá kapitola popisuje daňový systém ČR, ekologické dane v ČR a implementáciu ekologických daní do daňového systému ČR. Nadväzujúce dve kapitoly popisujú vzťahy medzinárodných organizácií k ekologickým daniam a tiež popisujú environmentálnu politiku. Praktická časť tejto záverečnej práce sa rieši reálny problém z podnikového sveta. Hlavná časť popisuje výpočet výhodnosti investície do modernizácie technológie kombinovanej výroby elektrickej a tepelnej energie s ohľadom na ekologickú daň z elektrickej energie. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis with name: Environmental taxes as an instrument of State environmental policy deals about ecological taxation. Bachelor's thesis consists of two main parts: theoretical and a practical part. At first, the theoretical part defines in general taxes, different functions of taxes and describes main and secondary tax attributes. The second chapter describes the tax system in Czech republic, ecological taxes in Czech republic and the implementation of ecological taxes into the Czech tax system. The next two chapters deal about relationships between international organizations and environmental taxes and also describe the environmental politics. The practical part of this final thesis deals with a real issue from corporate environment. The main part describes a calculation of profitability of an investment into a modernization of technology in the field of combined electrical and heat energy production with regard to environmental tax from electricity. |
