Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje kovy Al, Sn a metastabilní slitinu jejich vzájemné kombinace Al-Sn. |
Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis describes the metals Al, Sn and the metastable alloy of their Al-Sn combination. The main objective of this work was an attempt to create this alloy using the laser-induced CVD method. Tetramethyltin and trimethylaluminium were used as reactants. The following methods were used for the analysis of the samples: Confocal microscopy, XRD, SEM / EDX, Raman spectroscopy. |
