| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of this paper is describe development of diagnostic device for space charge measurement which is based on pulsed electro acoustic (PEA) method. The first part of this paper deals with principles of measurement of space charge distribution. Main emphasis is placed on development of individual parts of diagnostic unit, such as voltage electrode, ground electrode and detector. |
