| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku sportovní disciplíny zvané cheerleading. Cheerleading je moderní sport, který se rozvíjí velmi rychle a díky jeho všestrannosti si získává stále více příznivců. V České republice je cheerleading stále nováčkem, proto práce prezentuje základní fakta. Dále práce obsahuje charakteristiku dětí mladšího školního věku a systém jejich sportovní přípravy. Zásobník průpravných cvičení je navržen tak, aby sloužil jako sbírka příkladů a nápadů a to nejen pro trenéry cheerleadingu a sportovce, ale i pro učitele nebo volnočasové pedagogické pracovníky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuses on the characteristics of the sport discipline called cheerleading. Cheerleading is a modern sport that is developing very fast and its versatility is gaining more and more supporters. In the Czech Republic is cheerleading still a newcomer, therefore, the work presents the basic facts. Furthermore, the work contains characteristic of children of younger school age and the system of their sports training. Supply of preparatory exercises is designed to serve as a collection of examples and ideas not only for coaches of cheerleading and the athletes, but also for teachers or leisure teaching staff. |
