| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje splývání světa celebrit a politiky, potažmo rozvojové problematiky. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení konceptů, jakými jsou například politizující celebrita nebo filantropie. Praktická část se pak věnuje vybraným celebritám, a sice Bono Voxovi, Angelině Jolie a Billu a Melindě Gatesovým. Každé z celebrit je věnována jedna kapitola osvětlující jejich pronikání do rozvojové politiky. Jsou zde uvedeny jejich klíčové rozvojové aktivity, ale také činnost týkající se navazování vztahů s klíčovými osobami politické a rozvojové sféry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main objective of this thesis is to study the influence of celebrities in politics. First part focuses on the theoretical grounds of the problem and explains the main concepts used in the thesis, such as celebrity diplomacy, politization of celebrities or philanthropy. In the second, practical, practical part of the thesis the three case studies are closely investigates. Namely, I focused on the political influence of Bono Vox, Angelina Jolie and Bill and Melinda Gates. In these case studies are mentioned their activities in development field. Nevertheless, their relations and connections with important persons from political sphere are also mentioned. |
