| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nedestruktivní zkoušení materiálů s ohledem na použití u ozubených kol a součástí používaných u převodových zařízení. V teoretické části jsou zachycené nedestruktivní zkoušky pro použití hodnocení ozubených kol a dalších strojních součástí. Dále jsou zde uvedeny druhy a postupy při chemicko-tepelném zpracování s ohledem na ozubená kola a součásti převodovek. V praktické části navrhujeme postup hodnocení kvality che-micko-tepelného zpracovaní metodou vířivých proudů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis is focused on non-destructive testing of mate-rials with respect to the use of gears and components used for gearing. In theoretical part are captured non-destructive tests for the evaluation of gears and other machine components. In addition there are also mentioned kinds of chemical heat pro-cedures with respect to the gears and gearbox components. In the practical part we propose a procedure of the evaluation of the guality of chemical heat treatment by the method of eddy currents. |
