| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci je pozornost směřována k problematice prožívání stavu pacientů po infarktu myokardu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou, kde je využito kvalitativní výzkumné šetření u nemocných po infarktu myokardu. V teoretické části jsou popsány struktury a funkce kardiovaskulární soustavy, příznaky onemocnění srdce, nejčastější onemocnění srdce, psychologické aspekty nemocných, úzkost a strach, a také jak důležitá je role sestry. Praktická část je věnována kvalitativnímu šetření, kde je využit standardizovaný dotazník Kvalita života po infarktu myokardu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is dedicated to experience of patients' post-myocardial infarction. This thesis includes theoretical and practical part, which is used qualitative research of patients after myocardial infarction. The theoretical part describes the structure and function of the cardiovascular system, symptoms of heart disease, and the most common heart disease, psychological aspects of patients, anxiety and fear, and how important is the role of nurses. The practical part is dedicated to qualitative research, where is used standardized questionnaire Quality of life after myocardial infarction. |
