| Abstract: | Předložená práce stanovuje několik dílčích cílů, mezi které patří: vymezení farmaceutického trhu a lékové politiky včetně jejích aktérů, popis cenové regulace léčiv, tvorby ceny léku a doplatků pacientů za léky, definování nákladů a výnosů jak v celém zdravotnictví, tak i soukromých vydání, nákladů a výnosů zdravotních pojišťoven a v oblasti léčiv zejména objemu a spotřebě a vyčlenění návrhů a optimalizace lékové politiky prostřednictvím reforem. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat a vymezit základní aspekty a problémy farmaceutického trhu v České republice s důrazem na jeho financování. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented work sets out several sub-objectives, including: defining the pharmaceutical market and drug policy including its actors, describing drug price regulation, drug pricing and drug add-ons, defining costs and revenues both in the healthcare and private editions, costs And the revenues of health insurers and pharmaceuticals, in particular volume and consumption, and the exclusion of proposals and the optimization of drug policy through reforms. The main objective is to analyze and define the basic aspects and problems of the pharmaceutical market in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on its financing. |
