| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je ekonomická analýza podniku a její doporučení pro finanční řízení podniku. V první části je charakterizován postup a metody ekonomické analýzy. Poté jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na podnik PILSEN STEEL, s.r.o. z pohledu externího analytika za roky 2011 2015. Zdrojem dat jsou veřejně dostupné účetní výkazy. Po představení podniku následuje ekonomická analýza. Hlavním pilířem je finanční analýza, která se skládá z výpočtů absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. Dále jsou zpracovány bankrotní a bonitní modely. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy je zpracováno doporučení pro finanční řízení podniku. Závěr práce obsahuje rekapitulaci nejvýznamnějších informací a shrnutí celkové situace podniku za sledované období. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is the Economic analysis of the company and its recommendations for financial management of the company. The first part describes the process and methods of economic analysis. Theoretical knowledge is then applied to PILSEN STEEL, s.r.o. from the perspective of an external analyst for the years 2011-2015. The source of data is publicly available financial statements. After presentation of company follows an economic analysis. The main pillar is financial analysis, which consists of absolute, differential and ratios financial. Solvency and insolvency models are also processed. Recommendations for the financial management of the company are prepared based on the results of the economic analysis The conclusion of the thesis contains a recapitulation of the most important information and a summary of the overall situation of the company over the monitored period. |
