| Abstract: | K hlavním cílům této práce patří představení akciové společnosti, vedení jejího účetnictví v České republice a popsání jednotlivých změn v účetnictví od roku 2013 do roku 2017. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První částí je část teoretická, ve které jsou představena veškerá specifika akciové společnosti od jejího založení až po odlišnosti v účetnictví. Hlavní částí je zde však popsání vybraných změn v účetnictví. Nabyté znalosti z teoretické části se aplikují v části praktické na určité akciové společnosti a zjišťuje se, jaké dopady na ni mají tyto změny. Též je zde podrobně rozebráno její vedení účetnictví a její finanční situace. Závěrem této práce je shrnutí dopadů změn na akciové společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main purpose of this work is description of a joint-stock company, a management of its accountancy in the Czech Republic and characterization of individual changes in accounting since 2013 to 2017. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and includes all the specifics of the stock company from its foundation to the dissimilarities in the accountancy. However the main content remains the description of chosen changes in accounting. The acquired knowledge from the theoretical part is applied in the practical part in connection with particular stock companies and the impact of the changes on them is inquired. Leading of its accountancy and the financial situation are also analysed there in detail. The conclusion of this work is a summary of the impacts of the changes on the stock companies. |
