| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika zemědělské činnosti, změny v účetních předpisech v roce 2016 a jejich vliv na finanční situaci a výkonnost zemědělských podniků. První část práce se zabývá charakteristikou specifik zemědělství, právní úpravou zemědělské činnosti a deskripcí účetních a daňových specifik zemědělství. Druhá část poukazuje na změny právních předpisů od 1. 1. 2016, které jsou následně implementovány na vzorku 100 zemědělských podniků právnických společností. Pomocí ekonomické analýzy je zobrazen vliv těchto změn na finanční situaci a výkonnost sledovaných podniků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor´s dissertation focuses on specifics of agricultural activities, changes in accounting regulations in 2016 and their impact on the financial situation and productivity of agricultural companies. The first part deals with characteristics of agricultural specifics, agricultural legislation and describes accounting and tax agricultural particularity. The second part refers to changes of legal regulations as of 1. 1. 2016. These changes are afterwards implemented on samples of 100 agricultural companies legal subjects. The impact of these changes on financial situation and productivity of monitored companies is shown by using economic analysis. |
